第18届中国五金产品国际工业设计大赛“金星奖”入围作品50件，其中：健康医疗类14件，技术装备类12件，电动工具类13件，休闲运动车类4件，电器厨具类5件，休闲器具类2件。

自2023年10月26日起，中国五金产品国际工业设计大赛组委会诚挚邀请当地五金产品制造企业，根据自身产品升级或创新研发的需求，结合此次入围作品的情况，在永康范围内开展了积极、广泛地作品产业化对接。最终确定“金星奖”入围作品15件，进入下一阶段的终评路演答辩。

2023年第18届中国五金产品国际工业设计大赛将于12月28-29日在永康开展终评评审会，具体安排如下：

金星奖终评评审采用路演答辩的形式开展，15件入围作品设计团队代表进行路演答辩（6分钟），接受专家提问（4分钟）。答辩结束后，专家综合设计方案、路演表现等内容进行综合打分（满分100分），并进行作品评议，确认金星金奖1名、金星银奖2名、金星优秀奖10名。

四、评审安排

2023年第18届中国五金产业国际工业设计大赛自启动以来，受到了国内外设计院校师生与广大设计师朋友的热情关注与支持。截止2023年10月10日，创意类5个分项赛共征集投稿作品2045件，覆盖28个国家和地区，共有国内外140余家高校机构参与。经过设计院校专家教授、设计公司总监、行业专家仔细、严格地初评评审，现将创意类入围名单公示如下：

2023 China Hardware Products International Design Competition

I. INTRODUCTION

Since its inception in 2006, the China Hardware International Industrial Design Competition has been successfully held for 17 times, covering more than 20 countries and regions worldwide. The competition adheres to the spirit of openness, innovation, pragmatism and development, focuses on social hot spots and cutting-edge technology, and pays attention to the innovation and feasibility of industrialisation of products. In accordance with the goal of “building an advanced manufacturing base in China and the world”, Yongkang will vigorously cultivate a world-class hardware industry cluster and build a “world hardware capital” with global influence.

II. COMPETITON CATEGORIES

——“Fire refining real gold, creative casting new products”

The 18th China Hardware International Industrial Design Competition in 2023, with the theme of “Ignite – Create”, includes 5 Golden Star Awards in the product category and 5 sub-contests in the creativity category, with a total prize money of 3.5 million RMB, will fully ignite the enthusiasm of global designers and signify that the Yongkang hardware industry is alive and well! It will also mean that the hardware industry in Yongkang will continue to grow and advance, setting a model for the deep integration of design and industry and continuously improving the innovative design capability of China’s hardware products.

The main call is for designs with outstanding commercial and social value that can be rapidly industrialised (no limit to categories) to attract outstanding innovative projects and innovation teams for deep integration into the Yongkang manufacturing industry.

Materials are titanium, stainless steel, glass, plastic and other healthy food-grade materials; easy to manufacture and produce, in line with the concept of environmental protection, and commercial or artistic value are required.

2.”Qing Mu Cup” Outdoor Leisure Products Design

Innovative design of products for outdoor camping scenarios, the main application scenarios are outdoor, camping, but also in the garden, or indoor and outdoor shared. The products mainly include outdoor folding tables and chairs, folding beds, outdoor folding trolleys and other products made of but not limited to pure aluminium, solid wood, iron + wood, iron pipe, aviation aluminium, carbon fibre, stainless steel, oxford cloth, canvas and so on. The design requirements are light and easy to carry, simple and high end, easy to manufacture and ergonomic.

3.”Rong Ya Cup” multi-functional quick-fit room/shed design

The product categories are metal sheds, pergolas, carports, gardening rooms, sunrooms, flower rooms, tool rooms, pet rooms and other quick-disassembly housing/roof products. It is required to expand the richer and diversified use scenarios, and the corresponding functional, exterior modelling, structural innovation design, especially the application of products in the new rural construction with structural stability of the convenient disassembly structure design, and modular/systematic product innovation design.

4.”Jinlin Cup” Sports and Leisure Vehicle Design

The product categories are leisure racing electric bikes and road leisure assisted bikes; the products can be used on two or four wheels, on closed roads or off-road, to meet the function of sports，recreation and leisure. Novel and ergonomic designs are required, with colour schemes and aesthetic requirements suitable for sports and leisure scenarios; areas of innovation include, but are not limited to, dynamics, intelligence, light weight, modularity, integration, etc.

5.”Tianxin Cup” Children’s Trampoline Design

The design object are trampolines for children, for both indoor and outdoor use scenarios. It is required to have a novel appearance, to adopt colour schemes and aesthetic needs in line with children’s preferences, to comply with ergonomics and to ensure the fun and safety of the movement. The design can also be developed in the fields of intelligence, lightness, interactivity, parenting, modularity, easy folding and the use of new elastic materials.

The Golden Star Award is open to students and teachers from universities, design institutions, enterprises, designers and design enthusiasts from home and abroad (participants must be at least 18 years old, and the number of participants should not exceed five if they are entering as a team; enterprises should be small, medium and micro enterprises that comply with the Standard Regulations for the Classification of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and have no adverse records).

The Creative Category Sub-Competitions are open to students and teachers from universities, design institutions, enterprises and freelance designers from home and abroad.

VI. Awards

1.There will be 1 Gold Award, 2 Silver Awards and 10 Excellence Awardsin the Golden Star Award; 1 Gold Point Award, 5 Gold Awards, 10 Silver Awards, 15 Bronze Awards, 25 Excellence Awards, a number of finalists and 10 Outstanding Instructor Awards in the creativity category.

2.Theuniversity student winners of the Gold Point Award, Gold Awards, Silver Awardsand Bronze Awards will be awarded the “Dragon Star” certificates. Other winners of the Gold Point Award, Gold Awards, Silver Awards, Bronze Awards and Merit Awards, if eligible, can be nominated for the “Guanghua Dragon Award – Top 10 Outstanding Young People in China’s Design Industry” in the following year.

VII.Entry Procedures

1.Please read the Notice of Entry for the 18th China Hardware Products International Industrial Design Competition 2023 carefully and fill in the application form accurately. By completing the form, the entrant is deemed to have carefully read the “Notice of Invitation to Entries for the 18th China Hardware Products International Industrial Design Competition 2023″ and agrees to abide by all entry requirements.

2.The Golden Star Awards will be judged in the preliminary, review and final rounds to determine the winners of each award (the final rounds of the Golden Star Awards will be judged by an on-site roadshow), and the creative categories will be judged in the preliminary and final rounds to determine the winners of each award.

3.After the results of the competition are announced, the organising committee of the competition will present trophies and certificates of honour to the Golden Star Awards and the Golden Point Award, Gold Awards, Silver Awards, Bronze Awardsand Excellent Awardsin the creativity category, and certificates of honour to the finalists and the Outstanding Instructor Award.

4.The competition organising committee will award the prizes (all prizes are before tax) to the winners according to the judging results and will designate the relevant units to carry out the personal income tax withholding obligations in accordance with the relevant financial and taxation laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, and the prizes will be paid into the participants’ designated personal accounts or the corporate accounts of their units (including their branches) by bank transfer.

VIII. Selection Criteria

Judging criteria for Gold Star Award :

(1) Innovation (20 points): having unique innovative elements, being forward-looking and able to grasp and lead the future trend of the product;

(2) Feasibility (30 points): materials, processes, structures, etc. in line with modern manufacturing techniques, with the necessary conditions for implementation on the ground;

(3) Completeness (20 points): proposing a range of products or systematic services in addition to the product itself;

(4) Market value (30 points): while meeting market demand, it has a high market value and potential for explosive products.

Judging criteria for creative categories:

• Innovation (30 points): The work should have innovative elements in terms of design concept, function and material technology, but should also reflect design aesthetics and foresight, and be able to grasp the future trend of the product.
• Feasibility (20 points): The work should be in line with modern manufacturing technology, fully reflecting the modular design concept and the possibility of achieving customisation, with the necessary conditions for implementation on the ground. It can be optimised for the manufacturing process, reducing the cost and improving the economic efficiency of the enterprise through design.
• Completeness (20 marks): The work should be a full and complete expression of the design concept and features.
• Market and industry value (30 points): the work should be practical in the economy, society and people’s life and meet the market demand; while having high market value and burst potential, it has a certain demonstration role and can contribute to the development of the hardware industry and achieve value co-creation.

Criteria for the Outstanding Instructor Award:

By calculating the weighting of the number of submissions, the number of finalists and the number of awards, the top ten will be determined by adding up the weightings and awarded the Outstanding Teacher Award.

七、参赛程序

• 请各位参赛者仔细阅读《2023年第18届中国五金产品国际工业设计大赛参赛须知》，并准确填写报名表。选手填表即默认已认真阅读《2023年第18届中国五金产品国际工业设计大赛征稿公告》,同意并遵守各项参赛规定。
• 金星奖经初评、复评、终评确定各奖项获奖作品（金星奖终评采用现场路演评审），创意类经初评、终评确定各奖项获奖作品。
• 大赛结果公布后，大赛组委会将向金星奖各奖项及创意类金点奖、金奖、银奖、铜奖、优秀奖统一颁发奖杯及荣誉证书，向入围奖及优秀指导教师奖颁发荣誉证书。
• 大赛组委会根据评审结果向获奖者颁发奖金（所有奖金均为税前），并依照中华人民共和国相关财税法律法规规定指定相关单位执行个人所得税代扣代缴义务，奖金通过银行转账方式打入参赛者指定的个人账户或者其所在单位(包含其分公司)的企业账户内。

（2）可行性（30分）：材质、工艺、结构等符合现代制造技术，具有落地执行的必要条件；

（3）完整性（20分）：除产品本身外，提出系列化的产品或系统化的服务；

（4）市场价值（30分）：在满足市场需求的同时，具有较高市场价值和爆品潜力。

创意类评审标准：

• 创新性（30分）：作品在设计构想、功能、材料工艺等方面具有创新元素的同时更应体现设计美学及前瞻性，能够把握产品未来趋势。
• 可行性（20分）：作品应符合现代制造技术，充分体现模块化设计理念及实现定制的可能性，具有落地执行的必要条件。能针对制造环节进行优化，通过设计降低企业成本、提升企业的经济效益。
• 完整性（20分）：作品应充分、完整的表达设计概念与特色。
• 市场与行业价值（30分）：作品应在经济社会、百姓生活中具有实用性，并能满足市场需求；在具有较高市场价值和爆品潜力的同时，具有一定的示范作用，能对五金产业发展做出贡献，实现价值共创。

优秀指导教师奖评选标准：

通过计算教师指导作品的投稿数权重、入围数权重、获奖数权重，对各权重相加确定前十名，授予优秀指导教师奖。
